The Sync version fo the RedE Vault includes all of the wonderful aspects of the Basic version but also adds the ability to sync your RedE Vault(s) information between the RedE Vault website (or other appropriately configured systems) and the device itself. This functionality greatly increases the accessibility and robustness of any RedE Vault installation. The Sync functionality is available in two different platforms which are detailed below.
The first allows you to sync directly to the RedE Vault website. This version of our sync software not only functions as a backup service but also allows you to manage your RedE Vaults through the RedE Vault.com secure management interface. Through our web based interface, you can view, update or add information to any RedE Vault with an active RedE Sync subscription. Once your changes have been made, you can connect the RedE Vault device to any windows based internet connected computer system and securely synchronize the files and data so the most recent information will be available on both the RedE Vault and the RedE Vault.com website. This allows you and others to update information from anywhere in the world while still keeping your files secure. Additionally, the ability to manage users from offsite locations is very valuable when your products are in multiple locations.
The second available sync platform allows you to sync your RedE Vault devices to a server(s) that are owned / operated by your organization. This option can provide all of the abilities found in the previously mentioned sync setup or only a subset of these operations depending on the hardware and software configuration available within your organization.
